Journalist died as Imran Khan’s container ran over her. The deceased identified as Channel 5 reporter Sadaf Naeem. The tragedy took place in Muridke.
Sadaf was on duty when she fell off the container of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf chairman. The long vehicle ran over her leaving her dead.
She was conducting a TV program with a senior journalist, Zia Shahid on channel 5, a TV channel of the Khabrian Group.
PTI leadership has stated condolence over the tragic death of a journalist afterwards falling from a contain throughout the long march.
Imran Khan himself came down and publicized halting the march on GT Road. He said he was very saddened by the accident that appealed the life of Sadaf Naeem.
Also said he cannot find words to express grief. He added his empathies are with the grieving family. Fawad Ch called the deceased courageous and hardworking.
