Bollywood’s famous actor duo Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt announced the name of their daughter.
Sharing a post on Instagram, Alia gifted her little fairy with her name. She shares a picture with Ranbir Kapoor and daughter, in which ‘Raha’ written on the football uniform at the back.
In the caption of the post, she announces that she name his daughter ‘Raha’. She adds that the name was chosen by Raha’s grandmother, Neetu Kapoor. The name has a beautiful meaning.
She also told the meaning of this name in different languages. Raha, in its purest form means divine path, in Swahili it is Joy. In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan. In Bangla – rest, comfort, relief. In Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss.
The actress further writes that ‘Thank you Raha for bringing life into our family. It feels like our life has just begun.’

It should note that on November 6, a daughter born to the famous couple of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. While Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in April 2022.
