After the suicide Peshawar blast, the caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Muhammad Azam Khan announced a day of mourning in the province.
The national flag will fly at half mast today in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Azam Khan says that the government is equally involve in the grief of the families of the martyrs.
The caretaker chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa further said that the provincial government will not leave the affected families alone.

It should note that as a result of a suicide Peshawar blast in a mosque located in the police lines of Peshawar. 59 people, including police personnel, have martyred. While 140 have injured, and the condition of many of the injured is critical.
According to security officials, the attacker was in the first row of worshipers. The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has claimed responsibility for the blast.
The attack was the city’s worst since March last year, when at least 58 people were killed and nearly 200 injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a Shi’ite mosque during Friday prayers.
According to a Geo News report, the notification issued by the Additional Inspector General Quarters has banned the entry of visitors into the Peshawar Police Lines and warned of strict action against violators. Family quarters have set up inside police lines and police are investigating whether the assailant used to live in the area.
