LHC granted 2 hours to bring Imran Khan to court

During the hearing on the security bail application of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Lahore High Court, the court granted him an extension of 12:30 today to appear.

When the hearing started, Imran Khan’s lawyers appeared before Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh.

Advocate Azhar Siddique submitted his lawyer’s letter on behalf of Imran Khan and told the court that the meeting with the doctors is going on, there are also party concerns on security, they are trying their best to reach the court in 2 hours.

Yesterday, after the anti-terrorism court of Islamabad rejected the bail. Imran Khan’s protective bail application heard in the Lahore High Court.

During the hearing, Imran Khan’s lawyer took a position that there is a security problem, Imran Khan cannot even walk.

Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh of Lahore High Court refused to grant security bail to Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan without his appearance and remarked that Imran will not be brought on a stretcher or in an ambulance without his appearance.

The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing till this morning.
