An FIR has registered against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan regarding the purchase and sale of property in Lucknow.
According to Indian media, Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, filed a case against Gauri Khan. He alleges that the company of which Gauri Khan is the brand ambassador. Did not give possession of the flat despite receiving Rs 86 lakh.
The case is registered under the section 409 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian penal code.
An FIR has also registered against the Chief MD Anil Kumar and Director Mahesh Talsiani of Tulsiyani Construction.

According to Indian media, the person who lodged the FIR says that he bought the flat after being inspired by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
