DAMPUKHT is a famous Pakistani cosine which uses a round, heavy-bottomed pot, preferably a handi (clay pot), in which meat is sealed and cooked over a slow fire. The two main aspects to this style of cooking is ‘roasting’ and ‘maturing’ of a prepared dish.
It should be noted that Peshawar Zalmi has qualified for the qualifier stage in HBL PSL 8.
The first eliminator in the event will be between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United on March 16.
