A Pakistani family from Larkana has set a new ‘Guinness World Record’.
This family holds the Guinness World Record in the category of ‘Most Family Members Born on the Same Day’.
It is an amazing coincidence that there are 9 people in the record holder family. And all were born on August 1.
The family consists of Ameer Azad Mangi, his wife Khadija and 7 children, including two sets of twins.
Ameer Azad Mangi born on 1st August 1968, his wife on 1st August 1973. His first daughter Sindhu on 1st August 1992, twin daughters Sassi and Sapna on 1st August 1998. First son Aamir on 1st August 2001. Second son Amber 1 August 2002 and then twin sons Amar and Ahmar were born on August 1, 2003.
It should noted that by making this new record, the Pakistani family has broken the record of an American family of 5 people, who had this Guinness World Record since 1966.
Another interesting fact is that Ameer Azad Mangi’s wedding anniversary is also on 1st August. Thus 1st August becomes an important date for this entire family.

The family was notified by the Guinness Book of World Records in December 2020 that their verification had been completed.
The certificate was processed in March 2021 and received in July.
