Former US envoy to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad says that there are indications that the Pakistani Parliament may ask the Supreme Court to disqualify Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
This has said by former US envoy to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad while expressing his reaction regarding the political situation in Pakistan.
He says that it seems that the government of Pakistan has decided to declare Imran Khan as the first enemy of the state. And can disqualify Imran Khan.
Zalmay Khalilzad says that such actions will deepen the political, economic and security crisis of Pakistan.

He has said that some countries have already suspended scheduled investment projects, IMF support is still doubtful.
The former US envoy to Afghanistan has further said that if such steps are taken, Pakistan’s international support will decrease.
Zalmay Khalilzad also says that such measures may increase the incidence of political chaos and violence.
