NAB has submitted its response to the Islamabad High Court regarding the investigation against Chairman PTI Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case.
NAB has said in the reply submitted in the High Court that former Prime Minister does not deserve any relief.
The National Accountability Bureau requested the Supreme Court to dismiss Imran Khan’s plea against the inquiry.
In the reply submitted by NAB, it states that Imran Khan did not approach the High Court with ‘clean hands’.
It has said that a questionnaire sent to Imran Khan but the questions not answers.
In the reply submitted in the Islamabad High Court, NAB says that Imran did not even appear before NAB on the notice of summons.
It has said that action will taken against Imran Khan as per the law. Imran deliberately wants to delay the matter.
In the reply submitted in the Supreme Court, NAB states that notice sent to Imran Khan as per the law, questions also asked. The reply sent by Imran Khan cannot called a reply.
NAB has said in the reply submitted in the High Court that Khan and his wife kept 58 gifts, instead of giving information, Khan sent an evasive reply.

The National Accountability Bureau’s response submitted to the court has also stated that Imran Khan and his wife kept gifts worth over Rs 14 crore worth Rs 3 crore 80 lakh
