A case has been registered against PTI leader Omar Sarfraz Cheema under kidnapping and other provisions at Gakhar Mandi police station.
There is an ongoing dispute between the accused and the plaintiff woman over the ownership of the agricultural land.
It is alleged in the FIR that the accused destroyed the wheat crop.
According to the text of the FIR, when they went to the agricultural land, they were tortured and an attempt was made to kidnap them.
