Yesterday, Bilawal Bhutto had telephonic contact with Maulana Fazlur Rahman, Sirajul Haq, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and other leaders before leaving for India.
According to the spokesman, Bilawal Bhutto had consulted and taken him into confidence on his participation in the SCO meeting in the Indian city of Goa.
