Twist in Hareem Shah video leaks case. Famous TikToker Sandal Khattak filmed her former friend, TikToker Hareem Shah, with her permission, a federal court in the nation’s capital informed.
Khattak’s request for post-arrest bail heard by Special Judge Central Islamabad as she detained in connection with the Shah video leak case. The judge agreed to release her on bail after hearing the arguments.
In a previous hearing, the suspect claimed not to have recorded Shah’s videos, which the statement the suspect made on Tuesday contradicted.
Khattak’s attorney claimed during the hearing on Tuesday that her client not given a notice before two cases brought against her. “In Lahore and Peshawar, Hareem Shah registered two FIRs against Sandal Khattak.”
Khattak was live-streaming and hadn’t posted any recorded videos to social media, according to the lawyer.
The mobile phone of Sandal Khattak yielded no evidence. The laws governing TikTok also prohibit the uploading of illegal videos.
