According to reports, the PTI chairman transferred to the Attock district jail under tight security.
Before the PTI chief taken to the jail, the entrances to Attock jail sealed, media representatives forbidden from visiting the jail, and an elite police force stationed outside the prison.
The chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who found guilty of “corrupt practices” in the Toshakhana case and given a three-year prison sentence, detained earlier today from his Zaman Park residence in Lahore.

The Punjab Chapter of the PTI tweeted, “Imran Khan moved to Kot Lakhpat Jail,” to reaffirm the reports.
The PTI chief who found guilty also received a Rs 100,000 fine from the court. The former prime minister also declared ineligible to hold public office for a period of five years by the court.
