Dr. Saif has also specified a number of objectives for the ministry, including streamlining the funding process, dealing with tax issues, training IT specialists, bringing international payment platforms like PayPal and Stripe to Pakistan, establishing co-working spaces, luring foreign investors, and getting ready for a 5G auction.
