Reduction in prices of petroleum products has been announced, which will be effective from 12 pm tonight.
The Ministry of Finance has issued a notification of new prices after reduction in prices of petroleum products.
According to the notification, after a reduction of 2 rupees 4 paisa, the new price of petrol has been fixed at 281 rupees 34 paisa per liter.
The price of light diesel oil has been fixed at Rs 180.45 paisa per liter after a reduction of Rs 9 per liter.
The price of diesel has been reduced by Rs 6.47 paisa, after which the new price has been reduced to Rs 296.71 paisa.

According to the notification, the price of kerosene has been reduced by Rs 6.5 paisa per liter, after which the new price will be Rs 204.98 paisa per liter.
