Pakistan squad announced for New Zealand tour. Pakistan squad for the T20 series against New Zealand has been announced.

Saeem Ayub, Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Nawaz, Wasim Jr, Zaman Khan, Aamir Jamal, Azam Khan, Abbas Afridi, Sahibzada Farhan and Haseebullah Khan are included in the squad.

Osama Mir, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf, Shaheen Afridi, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman are also part of the squad.

Pakistan squad announced for New Zealand tour. Chief selector Wahab Riaz has said that we have 5 T20 matches in New Zealand, hopefully these players will perform well.

Wahab Riaz has said that Shadab Khan is an important player, unfortunately he is not included in the squad due to injury, he will be available for bowling after 2 weeks while Mohammad Haris has also been rested for this series.

He said that fast bowlers Muhammad Hasnain and Naseem Shah have recovered, Hasnain and Naseem Shah will be available till PSL while Ehsanullah will take more time.

He said that it has been decided to increase the pool of players, 3 wicket keepers have been decided for the improvement of the team, backup is being prepared, efforts are being made to ensure that there is no difficulty in the World Cup.

Also, consultant selection committee Kamran Akmal said that we are on one page, we have to prepare backup, experiments can be done in white ball format.
