Judge Abhar Gul heard the bail application of Shafqat Awan, the father of accused Afnan, named in the case of the death of 6 members of the same family in a car accident in Defense area of Lahore.
Shafqat Awan, father of the accused Afnan, appeared in the court after the interim bail was completed.
The court asked the investigating officer whether the investigation has been completed.

The investigating officer said that the investigation has been completed, the accused Shafqat Awan has been found guilty, the accused himself gave the car key to his son, the accused was present at the scene of the incident.
During the hearing, the police sought permission to arrest the accused Shafqat Awan.
The lawyer of the plaintiff Rana Mudassar requested the court that the police has completed the investigation, the court should decide according to the law.
Later, Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abhar Gul adjourned the hearing for some time, giving time to the lawyer of the accused to review the case file.
