US State Department Deputy Spokesman Vedant Patel has said that India is looking into issues of religious freedom.
During a press briefing, Vedant Patel refrained from answering a question regarding the construction of a Ram temple in place of the Babri Masjid.
He said that America supports religious freedom and freedom of expression.
