Aima Baig, a well-known singer of the Pakistan music industry, says that the decision to end the engagement with Shahbaz Shigri was mine.
She recently appeared as a guest on a podcast where she also talked about the end of her engagement to actor Shehbaz Shigri.
Aima Baig said that some secret stories that were going on between me & Shahbaz Shigri, people don’t know about those stories and I don’t want to talk about those stories because there were many other people involved in those stories whom I don’t name. I don’t want to take it.
The singer said that marriage creates a new relationship between 2 families and there was never any problem between our two families, both families are very good.
She said that the decision to end the engagement was mutual but basically, it was my decision now I feel that my way of making the decision was wrong.
Aima Baig said that after the engagement broke up, I posted a message on social media for fans, which was taken very strangely, and people just started badmouthing me.
She added that at that time my family supported me a lot and my siblings used to hide the criticism on social media from me but obviously, I have a mobile phone too so I knew that people on social media How are you talking about me?
The singer also said that during this difficult time when I was seeing my family worried because of me, I started having suicidal thoughts.
