President Asif Ali Zardari conferred the honor of Nishan-e-Pakistan on Saudi Defense Minister.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Defense Minister Khawaja Asif participated in the ceremony of awarding the Pakistan flag to the Saudi Defense Minister in the President’s House.
Army Chief General Asim Munir and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad also participated in the event.
It should be noted that on the occasion of Pakistan Day, a joint parade of the armed forces was held at Shakarparian Ground in Islamabad.
President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir were also present on the occasion.
