Actor Vijay Raaz has been kicked out of the upcoming film ‘Son of Sardar 2’, due to his failure to greet Ajay Devgn, who played the lead role in the film.
According to an Indian media report, the film’s co-producer Kumar Mangat Pathak said that Vijay has been removed from the film due to his behavior and demands on the sets.
They said that Vijay demanded a bigger room and a vanity van and asked for more money for his spot boy. Vijay’s Spot Boy was charging Rs 20,000 a night, more than any other big actor.
However, Vijay says that he was fired from the film because he did not greet Ajay Devgn on the sets.
Vijay Raaz in his defense said that when I reached the shoot, Ajay Devgn was busy at that time, and that’s why I didn’t greet him.
He said that he was removed from the film 30 minutes after reaching the set. There is no abuse involved in this matter.
According to Indian media reports, Sanjay Mishra has been included in the film in place of Vijay Raaz.
It may be noted that the film Son of Sardar 2 is a sequel to the 2012 hit film ‘Son of Sardar’, which is being shot in the UK.
Vijay Kumar Arora directs the film and stars Ajay Devgan along with Murnal Thakur.
