Babusar Top, a beautiful tourist spot in Gilgit-Baltistan, which was closed due to snowfall, was reopened to traffic after a long hiatus of six months.
Babusar Kaghan Road has been opened for traffic.
Traffic will be allowed on Babusar Kaghan Highway from 6 am to 6 pm due to melting snow and freezing of water on the road at night.
The ban on entry of heavy vehicles on the road will remain in force this year as well.
Deputy Commissioner Diamer Fayyaz Ahmed along with SP Diamer and Wing Commander GB Scout in a special message welcomed the domestic and foreign tourists at Babusar Top.
It should be noted that the ban on entry and exit of heavy vehicles on Babusar Top will remain in force this year as well.
