Hira Mani relates herself to Aamir Liaquat in apology video about Dua Zehra case by saying that I was in the wrong and I admit that. It’s a shame that later Aamir Liaquat, I have to be the one making a video to clarify myself like this. And truly I upset since two days now.
Hira Mani has now apologized to her fans for issuing yet another problematic declaration related to the Dua Zahra case. The celebrity issued a clarification in a video after netizens violently criticized Mani for saying in an Instagram story that she keenly praying to Allah not let Dua Zehra and her husband, Zaheer Ahmed, get separate.
Hira Mani relates herself to Aamir Liaquat by sharing a apology video, sorrowful her statement and saying that she did not know that it was a kidnapping case and that Dua was underage.
She made the declaration when the matter is pending before the court.
“I am sorry if I have hurt anyone with my statement. In fact, I hurt too when I got to know about the case and thought how much Dua’s parents distressed.”
She went on to say that people close to her distressed with her declaration as well. “They said that I shouldn’t have made the comments as I did not know about the case,” she added.
Apologizing to Dua’s parents, Hira said that she remarked about the couple in an emotional state.
“I made a mistake and I accept it. I am human too and humans make mistakes,” she said.
“May Allah keep Dua Zahra, her family, and parents in His protection,” she concluded.

On April 16, Dua Zehra went missing from her house in Karachi and later recovered from Lahore where she had “eloped” to, as per reports. Forced into marriage with Zaheer Abbas, provided that a DNA test has confirmed she is not old sufficient to consent to marriage, the police has declared Zaheer involved in the “abduction” of his now “wife” and everybody has their eyes on the case, for which the panel has been out since months.
