Actress Janhvi Kapoor, elder daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and late actress Sridevi, has said that she definitely wants to work with Bollywood Khans, but she cannot be their heroine.
Janhvi Kapoor made her acting debut in the 2018 with film Dhadak, a few months after her mother’s death, Sridevi drowned in a bathtub while taking a bath at a luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in February 2018.
Janhvi Kapoor started acting at the age of 21 and has released five films so far, out of which the fifth film ‘Good Luck Jerry’ was released on ‘Disney Plus Hot star’ at the end of July.
After the release of the said film, recently in an interview given to ‘New Delhi Television’ (NDTV), she also spoke openly about working with Bollywood Khans and praised all the three Khans.
Janhvi Kapoor was asked if she would like to work with Bollywood Khans i.e. Salman, Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan. To which he replied in the affirmative with a smile and said, “What actor would not like to work with all three Khans?”
Janhvi Kapoor said that she would definitely love to work with the three Khans but she doesn’t think she can be their heroine, it would be weird to do so.
She clearly did not consider the three Khans to be actors twice her age, however, she rejected the idea of casting them as heroines given the age difference between them and herself.
Janhvi Kapoor is 25 years old while the three Khans are 27 to 28 years older than her. Janhvi Kapoor’s mother Sridevi has acted in films with all the three Khans in one form or another.
Janhvi Kapoor added that she has met all three Khans who look young and youthful while their work is so brilliant that they don’t even feel old.
During the interview, she also said that she thinks her pairing goes well with actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Varun Dhawan.
Janhvi Kapoor will soon be seen in the upcoming film ‘Bone’ opposite Varun Dhawan, while she has at least two other films to release soon and is being touted as the next superstar of Bollywood.
