Model and actress Mathira has said that after seeing the rise in the entertainment industry, when her downfall came and people called her a bad woman, then she turned to God and her life became peaceful.
Mathira recently appeared on the podcast of Taimoor Salahuddin aka ‘Mooroo’, where she spoke candidly about her life, including her ups and downs and the mistakes she made.
She also talked about parties held for entertainment in Pakistani society and told that they are even used for drinking.
Talking about her downfall, she said that she was young and immature when she was at the top of the showbiz industry, but now she is over thirty years old and she has definitely matured and improved mentally.
According to her, she was called and considered a bad woman, people hated her, no one even dared to sit with her and people distanced themselves from her.
According to the model, when she saw the behavior of people and everyone called her bad and characterless, then she turned to God and prostrated herself, the Creator did not question them but accepted them in all circumstances.
She made it clear that the God who created man and the one who created the universe should be approached by everyone, He is the one who governs and forgives the world.
She said that now she has become a spiritual person, now she does not have any kind of problem and remains calm all the time, on which her mother and sister also get worried that what happened to her?
Mathira said that after the decline in her showbiz career, she stopped getting work, so God helped her from the unseen and she started getting work from places where she did not even expect to get work.
According to her, now she not only recites Tahajjud, but she also makes special arrangements for Salat al-Hajjat and she never forgets to perform Salat al-Hajjat.
She admitted that the improvement in her life and economic development was due to Salat al-Hajjat.
Salat al-Hajjat is performed by a Muslim when she has a need, she arranges a special prayer to turn to God and ask for help.
According to Mathira, she also read the English translation of the Holy Qur’an to understand it, while now she is trying to perform the five obligatory prayers, as she is still not able to pray all the five obligatory prayers.
