Karachi court on Tuesday canceled the bail of Zaheer Ahmed, the man with whom a Karachi-based teenager had allegedly escaped to Lahore, in a kidnapping case.
Police in Karachi took two suspects in the case of alleged kidnapping of a girl from Karachi, containing main suspect Zaheer Ahmad (girl’s husband), into custody after a court on Tuesday rejected their interim bail applications.
The Additional District and Sessions Court-Karachi East also acknowledged the petitioner’s plea for medical examination.
After reviewing the charge sheet submitted by the police in the case. The judge read out his decision on his bail, which formerly reserved.
The judge decided to cancel Zaheer Ahmed’s bail and ordered police to arrest him.
The court also ordered the medical examination of the teenage girl at the center of the saga.
