A woman from the flood-affected Dadu area of Sindh named her newborn son ‘Selab Khan’. A son was born to a woman in a flood-affected family sitting on the protective embankments of Dadu’s sewer. The woman named the child ‘Selab Khan’.
The goat of the same woman has also given birth to a child named ‘Selabi’.
It should be noted that flood-affected, pregnant women are suffering from many problems at this time, the grief of house being washed away and lack of food has made life more miserable.
On the other hand, flood affected people are also having campus weddings to find happiness in this tough time.
Several couples have tied the knot in the flood victims’ camps in Hyderabad and Badin areas of Sindh.
