Azfar Rehman withdraws himself from Hum Awards in solidarity with flood victims. He addresses his nonappearance from this year’s Hum Awards by his own choice. He feels sorry for his fans to sadden them in Toronto Canada.
In the initial hours of Friday, he posted the news on Instagram and appealed that he purposely took this decision, “withdrawn by choice with due respect to the coveted event.”
He told his fans and followers that he is nominated for the best actor in the negative role category.
“I stand in solidarity with my brothers and sisters who were drowning in the floods”, Azfar Rehman.
He requests the authorities to donate the amount for his travel expenses to the flood relief as a sign of support towards the flood affectees.
