A Case Filed Against Imran Khan Under Terrorism Act

A case has been registered against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

An FIR has been registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act against Imran Khan at Margalla police station in Islamabad.

The FIR against the PTI chairman has been registered in the complaint of duty magistrate Ali Javed.

A case was registered against Imran Khan for threatening the top officers of the Islamabad Police and the judiciary.

According to the text of the case, Imran Khan has threatened and intimidated the Additional Sessions Judge and police officers in the F-9 Park Jalsa.

The FIR states that the purpose of Imran Khan’s speech was to terrorize the police authorities and the judiciary.
