Take out another letter in a few days. Controversy is nothing new for Ilhan Omar, a Somali-American lawmaker from Minnesota who represents Minnesota in the US House of Representatives.

Controversy is nothing new for Ilhan Omar, a Somali-American lawmaker from Minnesota who represents Minnesota in the US House of Representatives. This time, the timing of her visit is of paramount importance as she is making the visit at a time when Imran Khan has prepared a statement of conspiracy by the US to remove him from the PM’s job through a no-confidence vote in the National Assembly.

In addition to taking a hard line on private talks between politicians and US officials, he has vowed not to follow the US during speeches at public meetings and rallies, and has accused his opponents of following Washington’s line.

Background conversations with U.S. officials revealed that Omar was on a “private trip” and had nothing to do with the US administration, an official said. Was done as a woman.

A PTI leader said that Ilhan Omar’s meeting with Imran Khan was arranged by his office directly through a Pakistani businessman based in the United States.

Many explanations have come to light about his journey, although in the past she has never shown any interest in Pakistan. One of the things that makes sense is that she has a large Muslim population in her constituency and has worked extensively on Islamophobia and may be seeking to contact the PTI chairman as she has raised the issue which led the United Nations to designate March 15 as World Islamophobia Day.

Meanwhile, President Arif Alvi while talking to Ilhan Omar stressed on the need to strengthen constructive ties and bilateral relations between the two countries.

Ilhan Omar highlighted the improvement and strengthening of relations between the two countries and appreciated Pakistan’s role in tackling Islamophobia.

She also met Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif who told her that Pakistan wanted to further expand bilateral cooperation based on mutual respect, trust and equality.

In a meeting with Ilhan Omar, Minister of State for External Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar said that Pakistan was committed to further strengthening bilateral relations with the United States and advancing bilateral cooperation in various fields of mutual interest.
