Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has bought a new luxury apartment in Mumbai, according to the property registration documents, he has bought this apartment for Rs 9.75 crore.
This luxury property is located in the posh Pali Hill area of the city. This new property of Mr. Perfectionist is ready to move in immediately.
It has an area of approximately 1,027 square feet (carpet area). According to the transfer deed, a stamp duty of Rs 58 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand have been paid on the property which was finally transferred on June 25.
It should be noted that Aamir Khan is the owner of a 5,000-yard house on the beach in Bandra. While in 2013, he also bought a farmhouse in Panjgani for Rs 7 crore covering two acres.
Apart from this, he has invested heavily in commercial properties. Several reports claim that he owns 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district of Uttar Pardes.
