Airline Emirates to Purchase 150 More Aircrafts. President Sir Tim Clark of Emirates Airlines has made plans to place a sizable aircraft order public.
They looking to replace their fleet of Airbus A380 aircraft, which begin to phased out in the early 2030s, with between 100 and 150 new airplanes. At the International Air Transport Association’s Annual General Meeting in Istanbul, Clark reaffirmed this in an interview.
The airline is thinking about expanding its fleet with more Airbus A350 and Boeing 777 models. They may also decide to buy the smaller Boeing 787 Dreamliner. They will soon begin placing these orders, Clark said.

Although Clark acknowledged that there is currently a high demand for air travel, there may be a slight decline in the market by the middle of the following year.
