Angelo Mathews Scored 12th Career Century against Bangladesh

Chittagong: Sri Lankan cricket team’s all-rounder Angelo Mathews batted brilliantly against Bangladesh and scored the 12th century of his Test career.

In the first Test of the series between the two teams, the Islanders’ all-rounder Angelo Mathews washed his hands of the host bowlers in the first innings and along with Dinesh Chandimal formed a partnership of 183.

On the contrary, by scoring the 12th century of his Test career, he strengthened his team’s position in the match.

Angelo Mathews, 34 years, faced 397 balls and scored an individual 199 runs with the help of one six and 19 beautiful fours.

This is the 12th century of Angelo Mathews’ Test career.

Angelo Mathews was caught by Naeem Hassan Shakib Al Hasan for an individual score of 199.
