ATC summons Imran Khan on 15 February

ATC summons Imran Khan on 15 February. Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad rejected the petition of Chairman PTI Imran Khan for exemption from attendance filed on medical grounds.

The case of interference in the government’s affair heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad.

ATC has also issued summons for summoning Imran Khan for February 15.

The anti-terrorism court judge says that a video of Imran Khan released from Zaman Park in which he seen walking.

The court said in its order that whether Imran Khan comes on February 15 or not, we will give a decision on bail.

The anti-terrorism court also ordered Imran Khan to ensure his presence in the case of interference in the government.

The district and sessions court of the federal capital on Friday extended the bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan till February 27 on medical grounds in Tosha Khana case.

Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal heard the case while Babar Awan heard on behalf of PTI chief. Muslim League-N leader Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha also participated in the hearing.

At the beginning of the hearing, Mr. Awan submitted an application seeking immunity for his client from physical attendance in the case. The judge asked that you have written that it will take 20 to 25 days for Imran Khan to recover. To which, the PTI chief’s counsel said that the medical report was attached with the application, adding that the doctors have stopped him from traveling until he recovers.
