If India refuses to come to Pakistan to play in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, then Pakistan has for the first time broken India’s face and given a strong response, saying ‘not to play against India and challenge India in every sports forum.
Government sources in Islamabad have confirmed that if the Indian team does not come to Pakistan, Pakistan will not play against India in any tournament, including the World Cup, or Asia Cup, until the relations between the two countries are fixed.
Pakistan will also oppose India’s Olympic bid. India is keen to host the Olympics in 2036. Pakistan has decided to write a letter to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on India’s attitude.
Sources have confirmed that the ICC has informed the Pakistan Cricket Board that the Indian team will not come to play in the Champions Trophy. The PCB has informed the Government of Pakistan and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif about the situation.
Pakistan has refused to accept any model, including hybrids. Sri Lanka could possibly play in the tournament instead of India. India has been involved in politics in sports many times.
Reliable sources say that Pakistan will not accept any model regarding the Champions Trophy.
