Corruption at peak in Indian Cricket Board, Neeraj Kumar

The former police chief, who investigated several corruption scandals in the Indian cricket board, exposed the BCCI’s raw material.

Former police chief and anti-corruption chief BCCI Neeraj Kumar says that corruption is hot in the Indian cricket board.

Neeraj Kumar has also expressed reservations about giving India a higher share in the ICC financial model.

He has said that the International Cricket Council should not give crores of rupees to such a board which will waste it and will not give any accountability.

According to foreign media, India is likely to get 38% share in ICC’s new financial model.

Neeraj Kumar has said that there is no such thing as accountability in BCCI, out of 50 ICC corruption cases investigated, 47 are from India.

He said that during his 3-year term as Anti-Corruption Chief, he found the risk of spot-fixing to be the highest.

Neeraj Kumar says that cricket boards including England and Australia have to be careful in giving money to India. BCCI does not spend the money received from ICC on the development of cricket.

He says that before giving money, BCCI should asked what they have done for cricket. It is a pity that despite being so rich, BCCI has never been accountable for the distribution of money. What did

He also says that if you ask BCCI about the infrastructure and development of cricket, they will not have any answer. In such a big country there is only one cricket academy which run by sponsors.

Neeraj Kumar says that BCCI has not built a big academy for cricket yet. The Indian cricket board is a failed organization in terms of organization.
