The local court of Islamabad has taken the decision to indict Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana reference case.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal heard the criminal proceedings case in the Tosha Khana reference.
The court of Islamabad fixed February 7 as the date for indicting Khan Sab.
The court has also ordered Imran to submit a bond of 20 thousand rupees.
During the hearing, the court asked Ali Bukhari Advocate that where is the power of attorney from Imran Khan?
Lawyer Ali Bukhari told the court that we had presented the medical certificate of Khan in the last hearing, give 5 minutes, Barrister Gauhar is reaching the court.
The court directed Ali Bukhari to submit the lawyer’s letter today.
The counsel for the Election Commission argues that they cannot issue the power of attorney until the surety bonds are receive.
On this occasion, there was a bitter exchange between Election Commission and Imran Khan’s lawyers in the court room.
Imran Khan’s lawyer told the Election Commission’s lawyer that you should not give me instructions, address the court.
