Leading singer and musician Abrar-ul-Haq has announced to go to court against Indian filmmaker Karan Johar and music label T-Series for stealing the song ‘Nach Punjaban Nach’ despite being given credit.
Abrar-ul-Haq’s old popular song ‘Nach Punjaban Nach’ is included in filmmaker Karan Johar’s upcoming film ‘JugJugg Jeeyo’ and it has been released under the banner of T-series.
The trailer of the said movie was released a few days back, after which Abrar-ul-Haq accused of taking and copying his song without permission.
The Pakistani singer’s allegations were refuted by Karan Johar and T-Series, who said that they had acquired the copyrights of ‘Nach Punjaban Nach’.

After the refusal of the Indian music record company, Abrar-ul-Haq had announced legal action against T-series and filmmaker Karan Johar, but later releasing the song, the Indian film-maker and record label company had given credit to Abrar-ul-Haq.
And now despite getting credit, Abrar-ul-Haq announced to go to court against Karan Johar and T-series.
The singer shared his short video in a tweet on June 4, announcing that he would soon go to court against the Indian team.
People were asking him if he would sue the Indian team in court. At the same time, he replied to the people that yes, he is going to court against the Indian team.
He said that the Indian music label company and the team of filmmakers are praising his song and saying that now he has been given credit.
Abrar-ul-Haq said that but he has not given the copyrights of his songs to anyone yet and he will not come up with such praises. He is going to sue the Indian team in court soon.
