Election Commission issued notice to Imran Khan

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issues a notice to Imran Khan for violating the code of conduct in PTI rally in NA-24 Charsadda.

It may be note that ECP issues a notice to Chairman PTI Imran Khan as a candidate in NA-24 Charsadda.

In this regard, the Election Commission says that despite repeated warnings, the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa violates the code of conduct.

According to the ECP, government resources and helicopters are use indiscriminately.

On behalf of the Election Commission, notices also issues to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Law Minister Fazal Shakoor, Minerals Advisor Muhammad Arif.

District Monitoring Officer Charsadda summons him on September 20.

DMO Charsadda says that all the candidates are not getting the same environment. Why should Chief Minister KP not ban from using helicopter during the by-elections.

He also says, if such obstacles are put, why not recommend disqualification of the candidate?

Notice by ECP directs to respond in person or through a lawyer.
