Actor Feroze Khan got custody of son for July 19-24.
The case of actor Feroze Khan’s handover of children during summer vacation was heard in the Family Court Sharqi.
The court ordered that the son be handed over to Feroze Khan from July 19 to 24. While the Feroze Khan got custody of daughter for two days from 12 noon to 6 pm.
The court ruled that the girl is young, so she cannot be given to Feroze Khan overnight.
During the hearing, the court ordered the actor to submit a check of Rs 6 lakh, original passport and identity card to the court.
The Family Court has appointed the Court Bailiff as the Commissioner in child extradition cases.
