According to the Meteorological Department, the low pressure of the wind is still there and its spread is upto South-Eastern Sindh.
This low pressure has intensified over the northeast Arabian Sea and run-off over some parts of India.
According to the Department of Meteorology, under the influence of this series, there is a possibility of heavy rains with thunder in Karachi till July 18.
Apart from this, Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Mirpur Khas, Umarkot, Tharparkar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tindwalhiar, Sanghar, Nawabshah, Nowshehro Feroze, Khairpur, Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Qamber, Shahdadkot, Dadu, Jamshoro, Shikarpur, Ghotki and Kashmore are also likely to experience heavy rains with thundershowers till July 18.
Karachi, Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Mirpur Khas, Umarkot, Dadu, Jamshoro, Nawabshah, Jacobabad, Larkana and Sukkur may experience urban flooding and submergence of low-lying areas.
The Meteorological Department says that fishermen should not go into the sea till July 18 in view of rough sea conditions.
