IHC orders not to harass Imran Khan during Eid

Islamabad High Court ordered not to harass PTI Chairman Imran Khan during Eid holidays.

A hearing was held on Imran Khan’s request to stop his arrest during Eid and to provide details of the cases.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the application.

Advocate Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court on behalf of Imran Khan.

The court issued a notice to the government on the request of Imran Khan and sought its response.

The Islamabad High Court accepted Imran Khan request to keep it pending till after Eid.

The court asked the federal police for the details of the cases against Imran Khan till April 27.
