Imran attack JIT finds no proof of multiple shooters. Members of the joint investigation team investigating the attack on PTI Chairman Imran Khan in Wazirabad express doubt over the claim that multiple shooters involved in the attack. JIT says that no evidence of the presence of multiple shooters find.
According to a media report, in a letter to Ghulam Mehmood Dogar, head of the JIT formed by CCPO Lahore and the Punjab government, four other members of the investigation agency have asked the CCPO to influence the investigation process. And expressed serious concerns over the effort.
It is signed by four members RPO DG Khan Syed Khurram Ali Shah, AIG Monitoring Ehsanullah Chauhan, SSPCTD Punjab Naseebullah Khan and SP Potohar Division Tariq Mehboob. Who writes in the letter that so far in Imran attack JIT finds no proof of multiple shooters.

The report says that no such reliable evidence come on record to show that there was more than one assailant.
It further states that no data or call records find so far to connect the main accused with any other person involved in the planning of this crime. The role of the second accused Waqas is only that of a facilitator.
Raising another issue in the report, the members say that on December 17, a member of the JIT strongly objected to the quality of the investigation. And not invited to the next meeting of the JIT on December 29 due to unknown reasons.
He tries his best to finalize the merit. In the report, the members conclude and add that the matter is still under investigation. And no conclusion reached so it would be premature to discuss it in the media.
