The Accountability Court approved the physical remand of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the new reference of Tosha Khana.
This morning, the NAB team reached Adiala Jail for the remand of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Ali Waraich, while hearing in Adiala Jail, approved the physical remand of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi for 8 days.
The court directed NAB to interrogate the two accused in Adiala Jail and ordered them to be produced again on July 22.
According to the inquiry report of NAB, the new case is related to possession and sale of 10 valuable gifts including 7 watches.
It should be noted that yesterday, NAB arrested the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and his wife Bushra Bibi in the new Tosha Khana reference.
It should be remembered that yesterday the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad accepted the appeals against the sentence against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat Nikah case and annulled the sentence of 7 and 7 years respectively and ordered to acquit both of them from the case.
