The federal government write a letter to the Punjab government to register a FIR of firing on former Prime Minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan during the long march in Wazirabad.
This letter forward to Chief Secretary Punjab, Additional Chief Secretary Home and IG Punjab to register a case of firing incident.
In the letter, the federal government ask not to obstruct the registration of the case on the merits of the case. As the case can not register despite the passage of 3 days. Many questions are raise. The letter says that the Wazirabad firing case should register against the arrested accused on the basis of evidence. The lack of medico-legal examination of the former prime minister and other victims after the firing is also a cause for concern.
In the letter, questions also raise about PTI’s protest and not providing security to Governor House Lahore.
In the text of the letter, the federation has also expressed deep concern over the arson and encirclement across the province after the Wazirabad firing.
Earlier, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has also ordered the IG Punjab Police to register an FIR of the attack on Imran Khan within 24 hours.

It should be noted that Imran Khan was attacked during PTI’s long march on November 3, but the FIR of this incident has not been registered yet.
