The District and Sessions Court Islamabad issued a detailed order regarding the non-bailable Imran Khan’s arrest warrant in the Tosha Khana case.
Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal issued a detailed order to issue an arrest warrant.
In the detailed order, the court says that Imran Khan was absent from the court appearance several times in the Tosha Khana case. He did not appear within the court hours of the last hearing.
The court says that according to the request of Imran Khan, he cannot come to the court due to his appearance in the judicial complex. It is clear that Imran Khan is keeping the court appearances according to his priorities.

In a detailed order, the court said that the Tosha Khana case was not among Imran Khan’s priorities, even though he was a few minutes away from the district court.
The court says in a detailed order that the request of Imran Khan is not acceptable. It is rejected, Imran Khan’s arrest warrant should issued.
In the detailed order, the court also says that Imran Khan should arrested and presented in the court on March 7. And his court attendance on March 7 should ensured.
