The National Assembly session to be held this morning on the orders of the Supreme Court in connection with the no-confidence movement against the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is being discussed not only in Pakistan but also in India.
Indian actress Swara Bhaskar took to Twitter to express her appreciation for the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to revive the National Assembly of Pakistan and annul the decision of the Deputy Speaker.
The Indian actress said in her tweet that “it seems that the Supreme Court of Pakistan stands for its country and its citizens and not for its government.”
Swara’s tweet has gone viral on social media on which social media users are expressing their views.
It may be recalled that the Supreme Court of Pakistan in its landmark judgment on Thursday had declared the decision of the Deputy Speaker to reject the no-confidence movement against Prime Minister Imran Khan unconstitutional and ordered the reinstatement of the National Assembly.
