The Chairperson of Bahria Town has shown inability to pay 460 billion in a separate petition in the Supreme Court.
It was said in the application that it is impossible to pay 460 billion for the Bahria Town Karachi project.
The petition added that Bahria Town would not be able to compete in the market due to such huge payments.
In the petition, it was also said that Bahria Town Karachi should not be discriminated against, the court should issue appropriate orders in the light of the circumstances and events on the various petitions.
