Leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has urged the government that after the decision of the Election Commission (ECP) in the prohibited funding case, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan Action should be taken against.
Talking to the media outside his residence in London, Nawaz Sharif said that ‘Today it has been proved and now the whole nation knows that Imran Khan is the biggest thief in the country’s history’.
He said that Imran Khan ‘used to lecture people on honesty, today it has become clear from the decision of the Election Commission that he is actually the biggest thief in history’.
He said that he knew that he had done the biggest money laundering, that was the reason why he was demanding the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner.
Nawaz Sharif said that the way Imran Khan has taken money from foreigners proves that he is a man who brings foreign agenda in the country.

Referring to his previous government, he said that Pakistan Muslim League (N) was leading the country towards development, but all efforts ended because of Imran Khan.
Criticizing Imran Khan, he said that ‘he has destroyed the economy and broken the back of the country and he has done all this under the external agenda’.
The leader of Muslim League (N) emphasized that people like former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, who declared Imran Khan as Sadiq and Amin and initiated action against Muslim League (N) in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), should be punished.
Nawaz Sharif said that ‘all these things are on record and the time will come when all these questions will have to be answered’.
The former prime minister said that these people, including Imran Khan, are responsible for bringing Pakistan to where it is today and urged all political parties to take action against them.
He said that ‘this man Imran Khan is very dangerous for Pakistan’ and he should be punished soon.
On the other hand, Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Maryam Aurangzeb said that the government will follow the decision of the Election Commission according to the law.
She had said that by submitting fake and false affidavits, Imran Khan kept running 13 illegal bank accounts himself and kept hiding them from the Election Commission, collected money from international fraudsters in the name of charity and made forgeries, intentionally killed 4 of his employees to ask for money in their name’.
Maryam Aurangzeb said that ‘thieves and money launderers changed 9 lawyers, ran away from 50 Election Commission and applied for stopping the case 9 times’.
She said that ‘Imran Khan has proved to be a global money launderer, the federal government will implement the decision of the Election Commission according to the law, Imran Khan is attacking the Election Commission because of this theft’.
