According to the report, the film is derived from Fawzia Mirza’s theatrical production of the same name. Which will be now directed by her and will be her directorial debut.
The story of the film will be two decades ago in 1999. In which a Canadian-born girl Ezra comes to Pakistan from Canada to bury her deceased father. Then she gets to see a different world here.
Indian-Canadian actress Amrit Kaur will play the role of Ezra in the film.
While Nimra Bucha will play the role of his mother Maryam.
